Job seekers who create account builds their own job application from control panel. Application may swich to active or inactive at any time. Attachments to the application is uploaded and is automatically linked to the application. Norwork admin verifies job application when sufficient information has been added. Jobseeker looks from the control panel to what extent job application is complete by an interactive display. Jobseeker see clearly from the control panel when the admin has approved the application. CV to be prepared in the control panel can be printed for any other purpose. Everything is free. But jobseeker may in addition promote their applications by using dedicated ad for a small charge.

With account with WMC Norwork the employer is provided free search among thousands of qualified job seekers within 20 categories / segments. Less charge applies only if the employer wants full contact information to job seekers.
